Family Activities
We really want families to have an amazing time together at our festival. To help make sure this happens, we have curated an exciting mix of fun activities that all the family can take part in…
Circus Arts
From hula hoops and diablos to juggling and plate spinning – have a go at them all! Whether you’re an absolute beginner or looking to extend your repertoire, join this fun workshop where you'll learn new skills and have a great time doing it.
Face Painting
A kids’ favourite, and a big hit last year! Robyn “The Colour Junkie” is back for 2025 and will be painting kids and adults faces for the whole weekend!
Pottery
Our local ‘Compton Pottery Expert’ Ali will be encouraging kids to make all sorts of pots and have loads of fun whilst making them
Watercolour Painting
Take part in one of the mini watercolour workshops run by local watercolour artist, Sue Cooper. Learn how to paint with watercolours in a relaxed and friendly environment
Archery
Unleash your inner ‘Robin Hood’ and try your hand at archery! Our experts will teach you the basics and before you know it you will be hitting the bullseye!
Slack Lining
Ever fancied a go at tight-rope walking, but not keen on heights? Our slack lining is just a few inches off of the ground and our experts can teach you in a safe and fun environment
Arts & Crafts
Our local community arts team are back again this year with even more fun art stuff for kids (and adults) to have a go at!
Storytelling
Shane Ibbs is our festival storyteller! He regularly appears at many UK Festivals, so we’re excited to have him with us this year!
Our Big ‘Family Show’
We are super excited to have ‘Dan-the-Hat’ with us this year. His family show has something for everyone, and will keep both kids and adults entertained in his own unique way!
